I thought everybody stayed home on Saturday nights! I'm jamming to Mike Harvey's SuperGold (oldies radio program). He used to broadcast from the Disney-MGM studios. He now broadcasts from about 30 minutes or so up I-75 from Disney. Anyway, it's still makes me wish I was there, although it's not Disney music.

There's a few other folks "young at heart" around! I had posted way back in this thread but that was ages ago! Speaking of ages, 40 (soon 41) in Central Illinois. Won't be to the World in May (durn) but I am considering Mousefest in December. 7 on the Disney scale. Married at Disney. Divorced in Illinois. Have managed to visit regularly the past number of years. And a DVC member.

Now that we have a calendar, do we need an stat chart to match people up? I think I'm the senior member of the thread at least chronologically, but when it comes to Disney and Disney World, I'm in my fourth childhood.

It's tough to go back through hundreds of posts and try to see if there is someone who matches up well with you. I think we all meet the first criteria and that is love of Disney. From that point on, it's more about personalities than anything else. One of the advantages of being an, ancient, is having wisdom and knowing the difference between having something in common and being compatible

Don't be shy about contacting the people you feel would match up well with you. This is a rare opportunity.

That is my problem. I am just too shy. I read the posts regularly and visit dismates, too. I did chat some last night, but it was just with a group of gals. Maybe I can get the courage up to contact someone here! I guess we are all a little hesitant to make that first step.

Anyone up for trying the chat thing again on Friday? You guys did miss out. We had some cool colored text and avatars. MidNite taught us many things. Don't be shy guys, it's the only way we are going to meet. I'm not the bar type, no one at my church is under 90, and I'm getting sick of sitting home with my dogs on Saturday night. I don't want to be the crazy old lady sitting at home with all her dogs.
