Any Single Disney Ladies ?

IM A 28 YEAR OLD GUY JUST MOVED TO FLORIDA FROM NJ. LIKE TO FIND A WOMAN WHO LOVES DISNEY AS MUCH AS I DO.
Congrats! On this board, you won't have a problem finding woman like that. I'm single, but I live in Baltimore. Good Luck finding someone local - or at least, a bit closer!

im going to disney world tommorow to get my resident yearly pass !!!!

now thats the part I am jealous about! But I don't see myself moving completely to Fl. maybe if I can get a traveling tech job... work at the hospital on day time and work at the MK at nite time from Oct. to March :cloud9:

I'm so jealous-I can see myself moving to Florida full-time and that's the plan within the next 5 years-so sick of the cold winters....

well theirs more than enough fun down here to go around, i getting ready to go to disney to get mys yearly pass drining my coffee as im typing

I loved living in New Hampshire when I was in my 20's, and I still visit there annually, but yes, I would take Florida over NH for where to live in the future.

Congrats on getting your residents pass. I think it would be so neat to live close enough to Disney that I could make lots of weekend trips there. I'm single too but just turned 40. I'm taking my DS and DD to Disney, we're leaving Thursday morning, probably about 3am to get there for 4pm to have time to do something on our day of arrival. I'm not looking forward to a 12 hour drive but I'm sure I'll be on a "disney high" and that should make the time fly by.

6 more days to go!!!

I'm originally from Mass, which isn't that much different as far as the weather-the only thing I miss from there is the ocean-so far to drive to get to the ocean, for a day. My "heart" has always been in Florida. For me, it would be the perfect combination of Disney, ocean and cruising without having to fly there all the time, dodging blizzards etc.-good deals for locals.....

I'm single and love Disney :) LOL, but I live in NY...tried to move to FL in March but it didn't work out...

And what does pretty much married mean?:rotfl:

Inquiring minds want to know...why didn"t Florida work out? popcorn::

Fate was against me...

I used to work for Disney (MK, MGM, Disney Store and recruiting for the WDWCP). I decided I was going to quit my AWFUL job and move to Florida.

I went for 3 days. Had a job fair lined up, a placement agency interview AND was going to casting.

Casting informed me all they had was hourly positions. The interview was cancelled the night before because I didn't live in Orlando yet, and the job fair...well let's say I was bit overqualified.

I decided that it wasn't meant to be, as much as I think I need to be there, destiny wasn't on my side.

So I came back to NY, quit my job and now have a FANTASTIC job...But Florida is ALWAYS in the back of my mind.

I grew up in the Tampa Bay area. I've been living in the Midwest for the past decade, but I plan to move back to Florida some day. And believe me, when I do, I won't miss the seasons! :cool2:

pretty much married means he lives with his g/f for five years now, by the way im going oct 1 for food and wine festival one of many trips

Expensive but well worth it, I'm sure. So have you been able to go use it yet? Thursday can't get here fast enough for me. I'm very anxious to get back and ride the rides!
