Any rumors fantasyland boat area?

I have been reading all the fun princess lands that they are building at WDW just curious if anyone has heard of any rumors for DL?

I was thinking the area where the boats used to be over by small world have never been reused/remodeled....Any rumors for DL?

I heard rumors that they were maybe thinking of doing a Tinkerbell ride over there. Nothing concrete, and I think the primary focus right now is on "fixing" DCA, not filling in areas in DL.

For Disneyland rumors, the best place to check is Al Lutz's monthly (or so) column at his website, miceage.com. The Blue Sky Disney blog used to have a lot of rumors, but his sources seem to have dried up, for the most part.

Like WDW no, the main part of their new princess area is the little mermaid ride which DLR is getting in DCA. Also the pixies have a decent place in DL and in WDW it was more tacked on. Plus their toontown fair was also tacked on compared to the well planned out DL Toontown.

As pointed out DCA expansion is job number one at DLR. Though i have heard some of the next DL expansion. I started a thread title called 3rd gate? I think it was breifly discussed in it.

I've heard rumors that they want to start opening up some unused areas of DL, but I don't know where. I hope they start planning something! About a year ago, Al Lutz also mentioned talk of a smart AP. It would transmit during a ride and some character in the ride might say hi using your name.
