Any rumored promos coming this August?

We are traveling on 8/15, which I think is traditionally too early for free dining. Does anyone have any opinions on if there will be something offered mid-August?

If there is it will likely be a resort discount of 15,20,25,30% depending on where you are staying.

My bet, if there will be a promotion for June - August, ... around 3/24 for Disney Visa holders then 3/28 for general public..... let's see if my guess is right
