Any rhyme or reason to the extra hours? (Otherwise entitled: Trying to Plan for Sept)

I'm trying to plan what PS's I'll need for my fam of 4 + my brother and parents. But not knowing what parks will be open later on a particular day leaves my planning way up in the air. (ie. I don't want to get a PS at Alfredo di Roma for dinner on a day where the MK is open late)

Any ideas?

Hey...I'm in the same boat!!

I'm going 9/9 through 9/20 and just waiting till the park hours get posted.

BUT....there is the 2004 calendar on allears to see the trend. Thats really what Im going by now...then with the 50th Celebration...dont know if I should just wait?? :confused3

Yes, the EMH have been more or less consistent over the months with the exception of holidays and special events such as last week's press parties. So I would assume they will be the same as they are now unless you see them start to change over the next few months.

Good luck,

Bob

Like you, I am going to WDW in September and needed to make some plans around EMH. Since Disney has yet to release the schedule for September, I used the EMH schedule for last year and the first few months of this year to identify any trends in scheduling. I found that the EMH have been pretty consistent from week to week.

I agree regarding the EMH. My concern is the extra 3 hours in the evening for the celebration. I'd hate to completely schedule my vacation wrongly.

Sept is really uncrowded. We had to totally rearrange our plans & PS's last yr due to Hurricane Jeanne delaying our trip & the only problem we had was CRT. We were able to get PS's the same day we wanted to eat dinner with no problem. So you should be able to plan when the calendar comes out in June & still get whatever you want. You almost don't even need the extra hours. FP was hardly working on many rides (no need) & there was virtually no wait at most rides. So don't worry about having to plan so far in advance. You'll be fine if you wait until Sept hrs come out.
Have a great time! We love Sept!!

I would like to do breakfast/lunch at CRT and CP on two separate EMH days for MK, and am not sure which days of the week this usually occurs now. I also want to plan around MK closing early (6pm) for MNSSHP on several nights during our trip. I'd like to go to whichever park will have the extra evening hours for those nights, as we are only doing MNSSHP once, and there are about 4 parties while we are there (10/7-10/10/17).
