Any reputable roadside assistance besides AAA?

AAA is a little more than I wanted to spend right now. I started to look at other complanies that offer the same assistance, but are slightly lower in price, or perhaps include teen drivers in the same house, a spouse, etc. (AAA once sent me an offer like that, I should've jumped on it)

Can anyone recommed another agency?

Check with your auto insurance company -- most major insurers also offer roadside assistance and build it into your premium.

Also, other reputable names are the BP Motor Club (the old Amoco Auto Club) and Cross Country Automotive Services.

I use AMICA roadside service that is bundled with my current auto insurance for about $10.00 a year. I don't use any of the other services AAA offers (honestly most of the "deals" can be found with other travel agents or through direct bookings/valid & public discounts).

I have had to use the roadside service twice, once about 7 years ago and they were average, the more recent time was about a year ago, and they made a lot of improvements and automation to their roadside service program and are amazing in terms of notification and communication.
