Any Recent Reviews of Poly Conceirge...

Just wondering if anyone had any recent reviews of the Poly conceirge. I've read conflicting stories...some great...some horrible. We will be staying there in October and were just wondering. Thanks!

We stayed LV concierge 7/4-7/7 and absolutely loved it! With the exception of one CM with the personality of a block of wood, the staff was friendly and very accomodating. We loved the location of the Hawaii building and since we spent most of our time at the resort, we were able to take full advantage of all the terrific lounge offerings. Our room was spotless and odor-free(no mold, mustiness). We spent the next week of our trip at AKL and while we thought the resort was beautiful, we all agreed we preferred the Polynesian.

Did you stay in concierge at AKL?

We have LV concierge for the Poly. We've stayed at AKL concierge twice and know what to expect. We are going in December for Christmas and thought it would be great to have the LV, but I can't help thinking we should stay at AKL.

We just got back a week ago from AKL concierge and Polynesian LV concierge and I still think the Polyensian concierge is better. I did enjoy the AKL concierge but you just felt more at home and welcome at the Polynesian concierge. That is why we go back every year.

hi there, we are going back this aug. for our 4th concierge stay. we were there for april vacation this year, last august, and the previous june. we love it . we have also done bc and yc concierge, and liked them both alot, but the polynesian is our favorite, for service, atmosphere, and disney magic!
