Any recent reviews of how the segmented DDP went?

I have searched the threads here and can find a few horror stories, but nothing within the last month. We have a trip coming up where we have QSDP 1 night, DDP 1 night and DxDDP 1 night, and I'm just wondering if they have improved their process with this.

Also, one CM I spoke to said we would need new keys each time we had a dining plan night - is that true? Seems that I read here that we did NOT need to get new keys...

I hope to hear how this is going as well. We are staying at BLT in June and would really like to have DDP for the first couple of nights, but don't want it to be a nightmare.
