Any recent reviews of Concourse Steakhouse?

We are arriving 9/22 for free dining and I just booked an ADR for Concourse Steakhouse for 9/26 at 9:00 pm. My DH had his heart set on Le Cellier but there is NOTHING available. This was his second choice and is the only ADR made for "him."

Any reviews? It will be the 2 of us and our 2 girls (11 & 8). This is a surprise trip for them and they have NO IDEA.

Actually....I have a review...not a good one though...We just got back two weeks ago...and at at Concourse Steakhouse, Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Mama Melroses, Sci Fi and 50's Prime Time. I would have to say that the Concourse Steakhouse was by far the worst meal. The meal was not disgusting, however, it was not up to the "disney standards" that we expected. I have gotten better prime rib from the buffets. Like I said...while the meal was not horrible...the meal we had at 50's prime time was better than the Concourse! If you have any specific questions I can help you out! The dessert......YUM!!!! I had the key lime pie...it was to die for, everything else was just OK! Le Cellier....#1 in our book!! We will go back every time!!

Im starting to get a little worried about my ADR at the concourse...We like many others had this lined up as the backup to le cellier. We do plan on eating steak and we are also on the dinning plan! Does anyone have suggestions? Should we stay here? Move our ADR elsewhere? or take the chance as a walk in at le cellier?

I've been to Concourse three times and we love it. My dad is the steak lover in our family and it was far and away his favorite meal last year - it was the only place that he insisted we go to again this year. The kids love seeing the monorail go by and we thought the food was very good. Of course our last visit was last September, so it's possible things have changed since then. I wouldn't worry about it, many people like it very much. There is very little chance you would get a walk-in at LeCellier, they book up very quickly. I would not count on it. I actually liked the food at Concourse better than LeCellier, personally, but you know everyone has their own opinion and food is something that is so subjective, you really need to make your own decision.

We just ate at Concourse on August 18th. It was our best meal of the week! I would say that it was our best meal last year, too. We all got the Beef Tenderloin with mashed potatoes and it was cooked just how we like it and it was delicious. Didn't like the broccolini, though.... We had gotten salads and onion rings for appetizers, which were good, and the butterfinger cheesecake for dessert was also great.

We ate at LeCellier last year, and I can honestly say that I thought my meal at Concourse was better.

If you have never eaten there. I think you should give it a shot....

we eat at Concourse each trip and we do really enjoy it. We tend to stick with the New York Strip and have had no complaints. Very enjoyable meal. This year DD has asked to go there with us, and we are all looking forward to returning next month.

We are eating here for the first time as well in Oct for our first dinner on the DDP, I am going in with an open mind. A lot of people do love the concourse so we just have to try it !!!!

We're eating there in mid-September and I'm hoping for the best. We made ADRs for Concourse because its closing soon. We wanted to eat there before it was too late.

We ate there last Oct as a party of 6, we all agreed that it was the best meal we ate the whole trip! I just hate that it is closing. My steak was perfect, much better than LeCellier. We had a reservation at LeCellier later the same week, Concourse won!
