Any recent reports of GAD FP usage?

Is there a certain time the GAD certificates have to be presented at Guest Relations to get the FP's? On two of our park days that we would like to use them, we are not getting there until around noon. Is this too late to redeem them?

First, in normal circumstances you should go to the Will Call window, not Guest Relations.

Second, although Disney says that they MAY not be available after 11am, and the MAY run out (even before then), no one has EVER reported that happening, and people have gotten them during peak crowds as late as 4-5pm.
