Any question about Key West - leaving tomorrow

Hello there - it has been a while since I have been able to post anything - anyhow will be leaving for Key West tomorrow to take care of some stuff - my uncle passed away several weeks ago and need to get down there to clean up some things - is there anything anyone wants me to find out while I am there? Also those that will be down there on Sunday - here is my cell number in case you need help - 321-508-2246 - meanwhile everyone have a great time getting ready for their cruise.

Hi Shirley...enjoy your time in Key West. You helped me out with renting some jet skis for our 4/26/03 cruise...thanks alot. Shelly at Key Cats was very helpful. Now another non-cruise question...a group of 12 of us is interested in renting a place in the keys (large house on the water that would sleep 12).....would you have any recommendations on rental agents or suggestions for where to look. Thanks!!

Oh, where is the best place to try a piece of Key Lime Pie (I've never tried it before so I want it to be real good and worth the wait!!!))

Yes, please. I'm interested in finding out more details about jet skiing there and the best place to rent one. I'd like to take my DS5 for his first ride. Are there calm areas where I can tour slowly without being run down by other skiers or bounced by waves. I read on another thread that someone had a collision with another skier there. So, I'm concerned that it's wild and crazy out on the water.

I have also heard from someone else that some jet ski outfit offer tours of wildlife preserves(?). It would be ideal if we can find something like that where there is speed limiit and where there are wildlifes or sights to be seen.

Sorry to hear about your uncle,
I was wondering if you can tell me how often the tolley runs and when does it stop.
we are thinking of doing this on our own ( not DCL excursion because we don't want to rush right off the boat at 12:30 to do it)
It is the trolley that lets you off at various places not the train right?
We want to be sure we get tickets for the right one.
also should we buy tickets on line or just get them when we get off the ship?
I just want to be sure it doesn't sell out or something
does it sell out?

When I come back, I will come with a bunch of info to add to the free packages that I send out on things to do, things to see, coupons, freebies etc - many have taken advantage of these packages - all it cost is a self address envelope with about $3.50 worth of stamps on the envelope - I do it as a favor to all of those that are interested in my hometown - there are NO kickbacks etc for me - I do this for you ok.
Will most everything I find out when I get back.
Thank you all for all the emails with love, caring and support in the loss of my great uncle - and to all of those that spoke with him just back even a month ago, he was thrilled to be a part of your interest in knowing about Key West - he has a great historian and loved spending time with those that called him -
