Any PSP tutorials?

I am trying to figure out how to add pictures to my text and outline it also. I found a tutorial for GIMP but I also have PSP so I am wondering if anyone would be willing to post a tutorial on how to do it. The easiest way is to cut and paste it into my text I have chosen but it distorts the picture when I "paste into selection" so it just doesn't look right. Any help you have will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks looking at them now. You wouldn't believe how much I have Googled-that doesn't sound right lol-I just can't seem to find a tutorial to do names like Amy does them.
