Any Premier Pass experts out there?

I'm wondering if there are any experts out there that can help me strategize. I have a Premier Pass that expires 12/19. I was supposed to go to DL today and was going to renew my pass but had to cancel my trip because of the wildfires. I live in Santa Barbara and I'm not sure I have an opportunity to get back down to Anaheim until 12/30. However I have an upcoming trip to WDW in February and my Fastpass window opens on 12/24. What to do? Can I buy a WDW park ticket online and upgrade that to a Premier Pass at DL? Keep in mind I can buy it but I will not have used it at all. The goal here is to have an active pass that will allow me to make FP reservations at WDW and can be upgraded to a Premier Passport at DL before actual travel to WDW.

Really wish there was a way to buy Premiere Passports online. Thanks for any wisdom you can offer.

The DL ticket window will not be able to upgrade the WDW ticket to the Premier AP from what I know since it’s two different ticketing systems. Each time I’ve gotten my premier pass I’ve had to call Walt Disney World internet services to have my AP put into their system.

If your not planning a Disneyland trip for the next 2 months you can upgrade to the premier in Florida off of a regular park ticket.

I would call Disneyland's or Disney World's Annual Pass Guest Services ((714) 781-7277 or (407) 560-7277) and see if they can help you either renew your Premier AP via the phone or give you advice on what you can do.
