We normally stay on site but our next trip will be in Oct 2008 and I'm thinking it will be best to get a pool home since we are thinking of having a 4th baby and if we do the baby could still be quite young. Plus we will have an almost 3yo, a 6 yo, and 15yo. We would like something really close to the disney parks because my dh has a hard time getting around down there, non smoking, no animals. I would love the master to have a King sized bed and would love a washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances and stuff are not important since I don't cook on vacation. I would love to find something for $120 or less per night. I see that alot of places are charging extra for pool heat which we would definately need going in Oct or Nov so that would have to be added to the price. TIA

I would suggest looking into a townhome at Windsor Hills Resort:

The townhomes are 3 bedroom, 3 baths, with a private splash pool. There is also an incredible clubhouse with a waterslide, game room, movie theater, sundry shop, ping pong, zero depth play area for little kids, and much more. All of the townhomes have a washer dryer, air conditioning, pool, etc, all are 3 bed / 3 bath and have the exact same identical floor plan, so the only variation you will find is in the interior, in terms of the furnishings, decorating, electronics, bedding, that sort of thing. Some have Disney themed kids bedrooms for instance, which are popular.

October isn't a "peak" month, so you should be able to find something in your price range, plus, Windsor Hills is brand new, gorgeous, and roughly 5 minutes / 2 miles from Disney's Main Gate, the location can't be beat!

We booked a condo at Windsor Hills. I have a question for 5mins2disney. The store at WH what does it have? Is it over priced a lot? Do they sell beer? I ask because we are bringing my parents but they said they will probably stay at the resort while we go places sometimes so they won't have a car if they need anything and my dad will need his BUD;)

I'll bet you would love a pool home! I don't have any recommendations for specific pool homes, but we stayed in Windsor Palms a few years ago and we really enjoyed it. There are many good reviews about Windsor Hills, Emerald Isle and Indian Creek on these boards, and they are also very close. I just also wanted to suggest that you look for a home that provides a crib and high chair. It is so helpful not to have to worry about bringing so much stuff.

I'll second Indian Creek... we'll be staying there for the second time in a few months!

All kinds of convenience store type items, but they do not sell beer / liquor (no liquor license). It's not super over priced, but it's cheaper to go to a grocery store of course. Just get plenty of beer for Dad in advance so he'll be happy! LOL Oh...and don't forget...no liquor sales in FL on Sundays!
