We are here now and haven't noticed any at any of resorts we have visited.

There is a post on the resorts board about the WL Villa's pool. Apparently it is closed and it looks like a fence will be installed.

There wasn't a fence around the Villa pool at Wilderness when we went by the other day.

There was no fence around the pool at Boardwalk when I was there last week.

There was a construction fence around the Villa pool at Wilderness Lodge while we were staying there last week...given the amount of work that was happening, I'd be surprised if they were already done there. No real indication was to whether they were putting up a permanent fence, as they were doing a lot of demo/rehab work to the actual pool itself. No fencing around the regular pool or the one at the Poly. I think there was one around the Fort Wilderness pool but hasn't that always been true?

Interesting. I thought the new rules and fencing was supposed to be in by the end of the month. Off to see if I can find the original story about the new pool hours/rules.

The pool policy has changed. As the pools undergo rehabs is when they plan on putting up the fencing. It isn't something that is being done immediately to the pools that currently aren't fenced in.

That makes more sense Kathy. If I recall correctly the original story had this happening almost over night, which I found hard to believe.
