So it's become a family tradition to get the largest ice cream sundae possible when we go on vacation. Think "The Kitchen Sink" at Beaches and Cream or "The Dump Bucket" at Great Wolf Lodge. Is there a place in CityWalk or at one of the hotels that has something like this?

It's not a sundae, but my family enjoyed the Kitchen Sink Cake at The Kitchen at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel for my birthday last July. The six of us couldn't finish it!
A three pound slice of cake with seven incredible layers including: brownies, peanut butter crunch, chocolate chunk cookies, cheesecake, pecan pie, devil’s food cake, vanilla chiffon cake, all covered in chocolate butter cream frosting, chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, and heath bar crunch. Served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries for around $30. Not a bad price at all!

Hmmm! Or should I say YUMMMM! We may have to deviate a bit and go for cake. We're staying at Hard Rock too so that's convenient. Now I have to search for a picture of this monstrosity. Thanks!!

maybe at ben and jerrys at the studios or Cathys at IOA

they have ice cream and do shakes.
would think they would have sundaes also

two years ago i had a dish of ice cream of individual size at Ben and Jerrys with a topping
can't say it is anything like the kichen sink.

So I showed this picture to my dad, who will be joining us and is actually the instigator for the search for an extra large outrageous dessert on family trips (but a very health conscious eater any other time- I'm talking twigs and berries any normal day), and his reply was: "This looks great! What will the rest of you have? Is that really all the ice cream that comes with it?" He's really looking forward to trying this. Maybe even more than anything else on the trip. Thanks again!!

Love it! You're welcome. I'm glad I found it for my birthday. I was struggling with "cheating on the mouse" and being at Universal on my birthday. The cake made it easier! Lol!
We didn't even eat a meal during that reservation, just the cake!
