I am assuming that by "real/regular artwork", you are referring to sericels, prints, lithographs, sculptures, etc of Disney artwork... if so, the answer is a resounding YES!
In the Marketplace there is the Art of Disney which sells limited edition animation cels and pricey Disney creations from pottery to crystal.
Eurospain, in the Marketplace is the place to find glassware and full lead crystal. You can watch the artisans blowing glass, caring monograms on crystal and practicing the art of Damacene (inlaying gold and sliver into specially forged steel).
Although I don't remember the name, we got some nice prints in a shop in Pleasure Island. They also have the limited edition sericels as well as sculptures. You may buy the prints framed or not.
There is a nice art gallery in Epcot across from Universe of Energy, I believe in the far end of Innovations East. The entrance is from the outside, however.
In MGM, you can find collectibles and animation cels at Animiation Gallery on Mickey Avenue.
If you can't find it in any of the above mentioned places, it is likely they don't have it.
Good luck!
