Any particular forum or thread for Busch Gardens/further afield?

We are looking for something different this trip--Busch, maybe Kennedy Space Center or some time on a beach. Anywhere in particular I should be looking for information and threads on this site?

We have had great family experiences at both Daytona and Cocoa beaches. Each are well worth a stop.

We have also enjoyed Gatorland, Showcase of Citrus, and an airboat ride. Would any of those be considerations for you?

Thanks GIna. Good to "see" you again!

I edited my question because your generous response made me realize it was a terribly ambiguous question--I am looking for ideas and recommendations, but specifically meant "where can I find threads". Bad me!!

We have done Gatorland; still laugh that we tricked the kids, who were little then, into eating the gator nuggets (we said they were--really dried out--chicken nuggets). Afterwards they were really proud of themselves that they'd done it, but wouldn't have if they'd known!!

Haven't done an airboat, but I should look into that. Dh thinks he might like to go back to the Tampa area for a beach; he didn't like Cocoa, where he killed time while I did my astronaut training at KSC.

Have you been to Busch? We loved the animal displays mixed in with the fun at Seaworld, so Busch sounds like it might appeal also.

I went to Busch Gardens for the first time in March and I loved it. I did Disney (for the first time), SeaWorld, and Busch that trip and BG was my favorite park that trip. It was awesome seeing all the animals plus getting on the big rides. I'm headed back next week and can't wait to go to Busch Gardens again.

Check the SeaWorld board..there are a few threads on Busch Gardens there.

Thanks JM, that's a great recommendation. I will investigate further...

We also went to Busch Gardens on our last trip - xmas/New Year's timeframe. We love the park in Virginia and loved the Tampa park even more because of the animals there. We did a day in Seaworld as well. There are definitely threads in the Sea World area on Busch Gardens. Also, look on their website at ticket options if you are going to both parks. Might be a better deal to get some type of weekly or seasonal pass as they usually include the parking and probably end up being less expensive than two one day passes to each park. Some of them include a discount in the parks as well.
