Any other travel sites like Bookit that allow partial payments over time?

I once booked a trip to New Orleans on Bookit.com and paid it off over a few payments.
Friends of ours want us to go to Vegas in October. We don't do credit cards and I was hoping to do a similar thing for this trip like I did for New Orleans, but Bookit does not do this for Vegas trips.
I can't afford to pay this in full at this time - just went to WDW last month and this month DH did his annual golf trip with the guys. Do any other travel websites allow a few payments when you book a trip?

I don't know of any but could you book the pieces over time? One plane ticket now, another in a few weeks then the hotel last?

Possibly so. The other couple is booking all at once, but we just can't right now.
