Any other midwesterners NOT looking forward to the snow melting?

I was looking at our forecast and while I am incredibly excited to finally have some warmer weather, I am not looking forward to the snow melting. It's not that I have any love for the snow, I'm just aniticipating the incredible mess three or four storms worth of accumulation is going to create when it melts. At least it looks like the temps aren't going to dip down low enough for it to refreeze!

Oh yea, I have dog paws & fur to clean everytime they come back in. Blah. If it is muddy they will have it everywhere.

I am hoping it doesn't melt. I love the snow and hope it sticks around until the end of winter. The only real choices we have up here are snow or wet and gray. I'll take the snow.

Yes.

Sloppy wet slush, and mud everywhere. Yuck.

I'll take a few inches of snow over that anytime.
