I'm planning to become an English teacher someday? Does anyone else share the dream of morphing the minds of tomorrow?
I'm going to enjoy sitting in on your classes.Sparx said:I plan to teach history and art in highschool.

For me, the pay isn't important. It's the oppurtunity to help the future minds of this country.Johnny*Depp*lover said:i kinda want to be a teacher but then i dont cause they dont get paid that much.. but i think it would be cool to be a teacher. im still not sure wat i wanna be![]()

Actually if you teach for a few years and take classes A, B, and C, you can make upwards of $80,000 a year.Johnny*Depp*lover said:i kinda want to be a teacher but then i dont cause they dont get paid that much.. but i think it would be cool to be a teacher. im still not sure wat i wanna be![]()
College sounds too difficult to teach in my opinion, I chose Junior High because they still have a will to learn and they are normally the group that are looked down upon in society...Loves Disney said:I am going to become an English Teacher for Secondary education (particulary grades 9-12) with a Master's degree. Then I might consider (further down the road) earning a Doctorate's degree and teaching in higher education (college level).

The thing about college though is the people actually want to be there in most cases.Captain Brain said:College sounds too difficult to teach in my opinion, I chose Junior High because they still have a will to learn and they are normally the group that are looked down upon in society...![]()

I dislike children. I'd have to teach highschool or college. I plan to teach highschool history until I can tenyer and secure an art job. While getting my PHD from an artschool, which would certify me to teach at a university.
