Any other fees when renting points?

I know there is a tax added when you book a room direct with a hotel...are there any other fees involved if I were to rent points from a DVC member? For instance, if I rent 85 points for $10.00/point, will I have to pay anything other than the 850.00?

Pam,

When renting points from a member there are no additional fees due to the member beyond the agreed rate. There are NO taxes on point rentals.

However, you will be responsible for any additional charges that you make at the resort.
