Kristine believe me...if I didn't drive y'all crazy then you're not going to drive us crazy ;) ;)

My natural hair color is jet black. All of my dad's siblings and most of the grandkids have black hair. I prefer to be be a brunette with red highlights or a red head with blonde highlights.

Allison my hair won't take store color either. It has to be a permanent color. The price is outrageous but I tend to go when it's color week and everything is 25% off.

Allison forgive me if I've missed it...did you get your results yet?

Kristine...glad you are taking it easy. Tons of sticky baby dust for you!!!pixiedust:

AF is here. She arrived at 1:30 a.m. Yucky! The worst part of this journey is having to tell my partner and see her reaction. She tries so hard to be stoic. I take it so personally because I feel like it is my body that is letting us down. :sad1:

Allison, sorry you are struggling with your friend's pregnancy. I completely understand. No one I am close to is pregnant at the moment. But, I am sensitive to all the women I see with children or who are pregnant. It honestly make me feel like I must be doing something wrong....everyone else seems to know how to make them! :lmao:

I guess that is all for now, ladies...off to do some praying and positive thinking. I do not want to spend my whole weekend feeling badly. Maybe I'll go color my hair back to blonde. I really miss myself as a blonde! :)

Chelle,

Thinking of you!! :grouphug: I know it's hard...but you DO know it's not your fault....stay strong. Sending you good vibes for your next try! :goodvibes:goodvibes

Just found out that 2 were healthy enough to be frozen. I am pretty happy

Kristy... My goal in college was red. You could hardly see the box color in my hair...and that was only when the light was shining on it at the perfect angle. LOL! And, it didn't last long at all. I also used to pour tons of lemon juice in my hair during the summer to try to get some golden highlights...that never worked well either!

I didn't hear from my dr today, so I will call on Monday morning.

Chelle...I'm so sorry. You are NOT doing anything wrong! Wouldn't it be easier, though, if we found out we were doing something wrong...then we could just correct it and get pregnant! It's been tough with my pregnant best friend...especially since with BOTH of her pregnancies, she got pregnant on the first try.

Kristine, of course we won't get tired of you! Will you get tired of us asking how you're doing? ;)

I hope everyone has a great weekend. DS has soccer practice tonight since Tuesday's was rained out. We also might go to Chuck E Cheese tomorrow. DS never noticed the Chuck E Cheese places in town until he went to one while visitng my SIL...now he recognizes the signs and knows what it means. He's been bugging us to go ever since returning from my SIL's so we may try to go this weekend. Fun.

I can't drive past a house with the huge wooden stork thing without my heart skipping a beat and me feeling like I'm going to break down :(
It sucks!!

Chelle - :grouphug:

Kristine - Good luck, I am glad you are feeling well.

DH just left to take the boys camping for the weekend. I am going to rent a couple of movies that I have been wanting to see and just hang out. I also am going to clean out the kids bedrooms these weekend to see what I can get rid off!

As for me I think we are in the 2WW. Although I got used to the metformin I am not sure I want to keep taking it if it does not work this month. I really need to do some soul searching and figure out what our next steps are.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Kristine: We could never get tired of hearing from you!!! :goodvibes

Kristy: Do you have a Sally's Beauty Supply around you? They are open to the public and sell permanent color. That is where I go when I change my color during the winter. I have natually red hair but in the winter months I like to put a wine color on. I used Clairol Complements.

Momsully: Baby Dust for you in your 2WW :wizard:

Allison: Sorry your DS discovered Chuck E Cheese in your area. :upsidedow

Hope you all have a great weekend!!!!

Had to jump on here to vent...Just got back from soccer practice. There are six kids on the team...and one mom is pregnant. Ugh! DH thinks I just notice the pregnant people more because we've been trying for so long...he doesn't believe me when I say I'm being stalked/mocked by pregnant girls! I guess I should have guessed there may be a pregnant mom on the soccer team since 4 years old seems to be a popular time to try for another.

Chelle, Allison, DznyLvr

Momsully....don't give up on the metformin even if this isn't your month. It takes a little bit for it to get into your system.

Aww Kristine, we sure don't tire of you and I doubt God would either ;) I really am praying that this sticks for you!

For all those who color hair, I totally recommend going to Sally's as well. I have harder to color hair, and I was able to buy different levels of develeper (I think I used 20 instead of 10) and then could get the colors dirt cheap. It was so much easier and came out with much better results in the end using what they have there.
Granted I finally came to love my hair color as I got older, so I haven't touched it in about 4 years.

Momsully, don't give up quite yet. 1 month isn't always enough time for a drug to work right.

To everyone else  my heart goes out to you!

Has anyone else done temping in the mornings? Like I said, my MD is having me do this...
I've done this a few times especially last year when I did get pregnant and the numbers seemed fine.
But this time I did the OPKs and the temping. I have 4 days of high LH :confused3 and my temp went up a few days later... went from 97.4 to about 98.1. It only stayed up in the 98's for 3 days and now it's back down to 97.5 :confused3 I don't get whats going on. I must have O'd, but it must have been a bad O. I didn't get AF yet and there's no sign of her. (I'm not trying to get pregnant) So I'm patiently waiting for AF.
It's just so odd. My body seems to be all screwed up.

Ok................I ovulated on the 10th, I am not due for my period until the 2nd, and I just had a blood clot the size of a dime when I went to the bathroom. Could that have been a miscarriage, should I call the doctor or am I over reacting????

I'm not sure...but I have had small clots before that I know for sure were not a miscarriage. Sending good thoughts to you

9 more days til I test! God, I am sick of it already. Not sure how I should be feeling...but I have been having cramping (actually had them even before the ET) I wonder if it's from the PIO?

Hope everyone is doing well!! :goodvibes

What's your cycle normally like? I never have anything between cycles, so if that happened to me, I'd probably be concerned as well. I think if you have any more this weekend, I would call the dr on Monday.

I have never had spotting or anything like that before, I think that is why I was concerned. If I were pregnant it would only be for a week, so I wasn't even sure that was possible????? I keep checking everytime after I go to the bathroom and all has been clear since. I'm going to keep an eye on it till Mon and call my doctor and see what she thinks. I did spot when I was pregnant with my son at like 8 weeks and I went to the E-room and they said if I was having a miscarriage they couldn't stop it or really do anything about it. I'm guessing it would be the case this time too. Thankfully last time I didn't miscarry.

Momsully - give the metformin a few months to work. My doc told me it takes a couple of months for your body to really get used to it (even though some of the side effects die down quickly). Hope the 2ww turns into a 40ww!

mla - if you're not sure what's going on, give the doc a call. Better safe than sorry (and it will make you sleep better with answers)

Allison - Hope your test results are in soon!

Kristine - thinking sticky thoughts.....

:wave2: everyone else

Jen

Mla, I had bleeding and blood clots about 8 days after I ovulated. I was so worried but it turned out to be implantation bleeding. I would probably get it checked out just in case.

Kristine, good luck :goodvibes

Question for you ladies. We're not TTC just yet, but I stopped BC pills 2 months ago and started keeping track of when AF starts to kinda get an idea of when I O.
So I was just wondering, do you consider spotting a day or so before full blown AF to be the starting day or wait until it's here with cramps and the whole nine yards?
Maybe I'm not normal, but I do spot for a day or so before REALLY starting, so which date should I go by? :confused3

Sorry if this confuses anyone, I'm just not sure how to explain it. TIA for the help! :flower3:
