I'm not feeling very well. My boo-bays still have the throbbing pains (:thumbsup2 ), and I keep feeling a little bit of a throbbing pain on my lower left side, but I feel hot and my stomach is queasy. I'm waiting to eat lunch until I can meet up with my hubby at 2:30, so I had some mixed nuts and I am WISHING I didn't...blargh. That, and I feel dizzy :P Not sure if these are all good signs...if they are, I won't complain ANYMORE!! :lmao:

 :grouphug: POSITIVE thoughts for you Stephie! ;) boo-bays....I LOVE THAT!! :thumbsup2

Hi Tiggerlover -- welcome to the group - this is a great group of ladies who are all caring, knowledgeable and supportive!

Steph -- those definately sound like symptoms to me - did you test again yet?

Michelle -- Hi - you have a lot of will power to hold of testing - are you testing tomorrow? Good luck - Beta is coming up and I have my fingers crossed for you!!

A big hello to everyone else!!

*************************
Well - I took 2 more tests tonight -- one was another First Response and the other was a Walgreens generic test with either a positive sign or a negative sign --- faint lines on both. There was a clear positive sign on the Walgreens one and on the first response the line was still not as dark as the control line but was much darker than the one this morning.

I really want to take the digital test and see the word pregnant but since I think that test is much less senstive and requires a higher HCG concentration - I don't want to take it and have it say not pregnant - especially now that 5 tests have given me lines -- so I am holding out until I get a dark line - probably Sun or Mon.

I just cannot beleive that I might actually be pregnant - it is sureal - after the diagnosis and the egg donor search and the insurance hassles and the lining issues and the low egg retreival count...it is almost hard to breathe thinking that I might actually be pregnant now.

I just can't wait until my Beta on Wed. I have 8 more HPT of all brands and kinds that I bought and I plan to use them all up - think the plan is 2 a day (morning and night) until my Beta just because I like to see the lines and want to watch it grow darker (hopefully) - Knowing me -I will probably buy more tests too just so I can do multiple brands at the same time-- my DH and I were laughing tonight that another $100 in tests (we are already in this for $100) is nothing given what we have spent so far!!! Especially too since there is no WDW trip in the cards for us this year and we have gone every Sept for our anniversary since we got married 6 years ago!

Tomorrow is my DH 34th birthday - I am hoping to give him a digital read out that says pregnant tomorrow night or Sunday --- what a great gift that would be!

**********************

I am always thinking of you wonderful ladies and I truly and sincerly appreciate every one of you and the support and love you have shown me during the last 8 months!! You guys are the best.

Cautiously optimistic,
Nicole

7Beasley, if you are even getting faint lines then you are PREGNANT!!! :) :) I only had a very faint line and I was pregnant with twins!! Congratulations!!!! :D I hope to see that second line soon too.

Steph -- those definately sound like symptoms to me - did you test again yet?

Nope, not yet...I'll take the last First Response in the morning, then will probably go and get a digital....my hopes are going a little down, though :( I think I worked myself up way too much. :(

Nicole, all of those faint lines mean one thing...you are pregnant!! :) Congrats!!! I'm so happy for you! :)

Well I think I've lost the little bit of hope I had. When i woke up this morning I felt like I was having PMS cramps and then later in the day I had a little bit of spotting. The weird thing is I'm not supposed to get my period until either next Thursday or Saturday. I keep having these mild flu-like symptoms without ever really getting sick. Mild nausea, mild sore throat, mild earache, tired. Can being sick make you start your period early or something?

Earlier I was in Target with DH and we passed the baby section and he said, "What if I'm defective?" It made me want to cry.

Thanks Steph and Octoberbeauty!!

ASH -- don't give up home yet!! About 1/3 of women have implantation bleeding/spotting...where are you in your cycle - if you are about half way through your 2ww it could be that.

Don't lose hope yet - stay positive.

When is AF due Thurs or Sat -- that sounds like you are about 1/2 way through the 2ww then -- it is possible it is implantation bleeding - that is a common occurence

Has the spotting stopped?

-Nicole

Hi ladies,

I do not post much on this thread, and no, I am not tring to get pregnant--we are done with that road. I love to hear the stories and wish I could be there for each one of you--a bit like Mickeyboat.

I am hopping to see a bunch of BFP's over the next week or so.

Stepharoonie!--You do crack me up--Boo-Bay's hehehe!

Here to lot's of :laundy: in all of your near futures!!

as far as i can tell it has for now.

Ash, I had implantation bleeding with all 3 of my pregnancies.....it really sounds like that is what you may have experienced.:)

Ash, it does sound like implatation bleeding...fingers crossed for you!!!

I broke down and took my last test tonight...negative. I wanted to cry. My boo-bays are GIGANTIC, I don't get it.

I know I still "have" 4 days...but still...:guilty:

Nicole-I'm so happy for you!!!! After your very long road it sounds like you have reached the finish line!!!!!

Steph-I know what you mean about getting to overconfident. I do that every month. But none of my symptoms have been as strong as yours. Hang in there

Ash-I agree that it could have been implantation spotting. I know it is hard to wait but this could be your last 2ww :goodvibes

As for me...I think I am going to O on sunday...just perfect. :sad2: My HSG is Monday so it will blow that little eggie right out :headache: Oh well...next cycle (lucky #13????) will be post HSG and 2nd round of Clomid. It's gonna work right :confused3

Oh, that SUCKS!! Why did they have it so close to your O?

Well the other day I had to choose from was during my period so that wouldn't have worked. So Monday was the only other day. I am just one of the lucky ones  who O's around CD 10. I have about a 5 day window between the end of my period and O. Not alot of room there to work with a small town hospitals schedule. Oh well...what can ya do :confused3

Well, here's to it helping out the next egg ;) And bid goodbye to any modesty you may have, I was SO embarrassed doing mine!! LOL!! :wizard: :wizard:

BTW....the boo-bays feel like milk jugs. I hope, pray, wish that this is it....:wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Denise, glad you decided to join in the group!!! You'll find all types here doing many different methods of TTC

Kim  I do hope you will see that BFP very soon!

Carla, I am glad things are going so well with the real estate. I bet that will be a great job for you! Sorry about the spasms though. That would scare me to death. I am glad your doc is laid back about it. I'd want to do the same anytime I couldn't tell what was going on.

Michelle, that does soundn like a good sign. Twinges are good and a tight stomach is good too. I had both of those. My fingers are really crossed for you on this... I hope you get that BFP next week!

Nicole, that sounds soooo promising!!! I would say that a line is a line!!!!! You have no idea how much I am smiling for you!

Ash, hang in there. That could be implanation bleeding like others said. I had some just about CD26. It occurs between 7-14ish days after conception (not sure why so much difference but that's what I have read). I had twinges and what I thought were mild PMS symptoms. I also had some sharp stabbing pains as well.

Amy, glad to have another one to cheer here :)

Steph, try not to get too worked up... just give it time and see where it goes.

Rebecca, sorry that it will be so near your O date. Are your cycles that much shorter? Or do you just O early and have a longer luteal phase. Just curious. I really hope that it won't hurt your chances, but I have no idea what it would do to the egg :(

HI Guys

Thanks for all the good wishes

Frankly - I am nervous though -- I took 2 different types of tests again this morning -- the First Response and the Walgreens pos/neg sign -- there was a faint but noticeable line on the Walgreens test but the line on the First Response, while there, was the faintest it has ever been - barely noticeable. Last night it had seemed to darken up and this morning - almost non existant

So - I am starting to get worried because these lines are doing wacky things and they are not darkening up! Today is 8dp3dt so really - it is still kind of early. As Carla stated earlier - the dark line probably won't show up until 10dp3dt (Monday).

I remain cautiously optimistic and hopeful but I am starting to have some doubts since the lines are not darken up.

Also - I have NO boo-bay symptoms -- they are not sore - I get occassionally sharp pains for like a second every now and again - but they (and the nips) aren't real sore - but I have a fair amount of cramping/twinging that comes and goes and my skin is breaking out like never before!

STEPH ---- I am so sorry but DO NOT give up hope - you are still 4 days away!!!

-Nicole

Nicole don't worry. I seriously REFUSE to use First Response now. I am not joking about it either. I was very pregnant with HCG levels at 7000 or so and I *still* only got a faint line with them (I was cramping and tested at home, went in for a Beta the next day). I will never trust them again because ALL THREE were extremely faint... not really there lines. I trust EPT most at the moment. Over the years they have been the best for me to use.
The bbs is a good symptom but not everyone gets them. From what I have listened to with those of you doing IVF, you seem to miss out on that symptom probably because your body is already loaded with drugs.

Try to have hope still :)

I'm going out to get more tests today. I woke up this morning with even BIGGER boo-bays and they are sore. And like another poster said, the nipple area is gigantic...a little freaky. And I feel very crampy today.

My hubby made me breakfast in bed this morning....he's never done that before!!! Maddy is going to her grandparent's house this afternoon after we pick out her cupcakes for her birthday this week..then gonna spend the day with Reno 911: Miami and Chinese food. Then Target to get my tests, hehehehe ;)

The cycles are normally that short. My period is usually from CD1-5 then I get my + OPK's anywhere from CD9-12 then I start spotting around CD22-24. I occasionaly have 27 day cycles but very rare. :headache:

Nicole-I agree with Elaine on this one. I would not trust First Response. I have read that EPT and Answer are some of the best brands for sensitivity. I buy the Answer ones from Amazon.com (along with my OPK's). and :wizard:

Steph-Sending lots of :wizard: your way!!!! I know what you mean about having strangers looking down yonder but I just keep telling myself it is for a good cause plus it will be done by a woman so that makes me feel a little better.
