Just weigh yourself before the retrieval and measure your abdomen area. That way, you'll have something to compare it to after retrieval. Try and keep track of how much you pee after retrieval and if it's really dark. Obviously, any vomiting or difficulty breathing and you should call the doctor ASAP, but none of that will happen until after retrieval. It's good you're taking a week off....just in case you do get it, you don't want any pressure to be at work. It's rare for it to be serious - like hospitalization serious - it's basically just something that makes you miserable for a week or so. You'll probably be fine and it sounds like your doctor has it in mind and under control, so I'm sure you're in good hands.

Awesome news, and sending lots of pixie dust and sticky vibes your way.
We are all just so sad for her. She isn't what I would call a super-close friend, but I really like her a lot and she is a sweetheart. I can't even imagine how she feels. She was showing and everything.
I'm thinking sticky thoughts!!
(knock on wood).
Hi everyone else! I've been bad about DISing lately since I've been sick- I have been holding down the couch. I'm trying to talk dh into getting me a laptop and doing the wireless thing so I can comfortably DIS from my couch, but I doubt that's going to happen. Bu come on- does the baby *really* need a crib, changing table, and co-sleeper?
OK. Maybe I'll spend my money on the important stuff instead of the fun stuff.
to LisaLovesPooh. Congratulations!!!!!

That's awesome.gypsydoodlebug said:GRRRR! I just took an Early Response test and it was a BFN. I'm supposed to have AF on the 19th (this Wed. p.m.) or the 20th (late morning). That's when the hag usually arrives. Am I testing too early?

Okay--I got news.
10DPO +
11DPO +
And today 12DPO--3 tests (I'm a bit obsessive) BFP on each and every one. WAHOO!!!!
So fingers crossed for a sticky!!!
Congrats!
Syrreal said:You may be testing too early. I tested on the 31st of May when AF was supposed to come on the 3rd and it gave me a BFN- this was w/ the 1st response one that says you can take it days ahead. Well, no AF, so I took it two days after and got a BFP.

You would be due in either late April or early May (I was due May 1 but my dd was 4 days late). I think that's a great time of the year to have a baby (granting it were to happen for you guys right away)!
everyone! I'll post as soon as I can when I get back (or if I find a computer on vacay, lol).
