Any other DIS'ers brave enough to go the week after Easter?

I doubt I'll be by myself that week.

Seriously, my DD started high school this year and she can't afford to have any unexcused absences. I can't stand the summer heat so we have no other options. Week after Easter, it is! Crowded Disney is better than no Disney, right?

I did it in 2008. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I have nothing to compare it to since it was my only trip there ever! I'm sure I'll be pleasantly surprised when I go the week after Thanksgiving and the crowds will be much lighter!

Just a heads up, my daughter and I will be at Disney during Cheerleading Worlds, which happens to be the weekend after Easter. Except cheerleaders from all over the world to descend on the All-Star resorts starting Friday 4/29/11.

I'll be there with DS& band, as well as thousands of band kids from across the country for Festival Disney.

I'll be there with you! DS and hundreds/thousands of Band kids will be with your cheerleaders. We're at POP 4/28-4/30. Luckily I will be preparing for the madness (and noise) at OKW 4/23-4/28.

My one and only experience was my first trip to Disney 10 yrs ago, also at Easter. It was 90+ and packed with people!!
