Any other communities have a parade with the big balloons?

A town close to mine has one this Sunday. It has the giant balloons just like Macy's. It's so nice. (I've been to Macy's and like this one better. Macy's just seems to geared for TV.) This years new balloons are Hello Kitty and Betty Boop.

Any other towns?
