Any other AP'ers not able to customize their Magic Band yet?

I can make FP+ selections but Im not seeing the option to customize my magic band. Any others also having this issue?

Where are you looking? I may or may not have missed seeing it the first time. Mine was listed under the "Welcome, (your name)" page. It says Make or Modify...blah, blah and it was listed there at the top under Family & Friends and Theme Park Tickets.

Me. I'm not an AP, but a Seasonal passholder. But I booked a resort stay before I decided to buy the pass, so...IDK if that makes a difference.

Yeah thats where Im looking. Its just frustrating because everyone else I know is able to customize, but mine won't show up.

Hmm. I'm sorry! Maybe it hasn't fully rolled out to all yet? At least you can make your FP+. We haven't gotten our bands yet but the cards work just the same.

Do you have an active AP linked, or just a exchange voucher or will call confirmation?

If an Active AP, have you checked the 'MagicBands and Cards' page from the MyDisneyExperience drop down menu?

Yeah I have an Active AP linked and can make FP selections. I checked the Magic Bands and Cards page and the front page and nothing.

Odd! We were able to customize and order ours. Sounds like the site is being glitchy.

I had to confirm shipping address before being allowed to customize band.

The system is definitely still "GLITCHY". I was able to customize ours. One day I checked and it showed that I could customize mine and DH's separately, so I did it. Next day I looked again, and there was another order to customize the 2 bands together. So I am wondering if we will now get two each.

We already have 2 each from 2 previous on-site stays. Eventually, I'm hoping to get one of each color, which I understand frequent visitors and split-stayers probably already have.

I just saw my email and had an invite for the MB. I was able to do mine, my adult daughter (both seasonal) and my husbands (regular AP) but am not able to do my son in laws AP voucher hopefully they will arrive before we leave 2 weeks from tomorrow morning
