Any other AP holders having trouble purchasing HHN tkts online?

Hope you don't mind my horning in on this thread a bit....Trying to decide if I'll get enough use out of an AP (with the second year free) deal to justify buying it ONLY to get the discount on HHN tickets and I noticed your thread.

The savings is major for the date I want to take my sister (opening night). With AP $26 vs $66 tho with the $66 I'm thinking we could use it the next night and even the following Thursday.

Looks like many of you are from out of state but still feel you get enough uses out of your passes to make it worthwhile. But even if I only do the next 2 years of HHN on that pass, it seems I'll end up saving money. So how many days a year do you spend at US/IOA if you are from out of state?

hey homie sister !
i bought the bealls deal of get the second year free last year. the renwal on the ap 's are $99 after the second year.

you can get 10% discounts on merch and food in the parks.
in may there was a special for ap holders to buy park tickets for half off.

ap holders get different perks and specials through out the year.

i have AAA also and use that for my on site hotel discounts. by using AAA, it qualifies under the loews program for free upgrades on rooms.
AAA also gives the same discount for food and merch at universal.

for the time period i go in october, the AAA discount has exceeded the APH discount for me on the hotel rooms.

you know that special of the promo tickets of 7 days for $86 is not going to stay around forever.
if you pay $189 for the 2 year pass, think of it as costing you $95 a year for park tickets.
throw in the HHN discounted tickets and you come out ahead.
even if you don't use the ap for a hotel discount, you come out ahead by going to the park 4 times in the year.

i'm in the chicago area. i go each october for 5 days and stay on site. i am totally and completely addicted to HHN.

i try to get another few days in during the year but have not been able to do so the last 2 years

i have saved money with the ap.
