Any options if we can't attend MNSSHP and already bought tickets?

So my husband thought he was free and clear from work at the end of October but unfortunately that may not be the case. Any options for our tickets if we end up not being able to attend? Thank you!

A couple of years ago this happened to my husband. We called and explained the situation and they refunded our money for the tickets. I don't know if this is always the case, but the lady was really nice and understanding. Hope this helps.

This happened to my dad this year. Call them and explain. We did this and the cast member transferred us to another department that was able to refund the tickets. My husband and I are still going, so we had to rebuy ours. He could only cancel the tickets in the purchases entirety
