We are heading down for our first Disney trip in May and we are saying at the Liki Tiki with my Dad's timeshare. Anyone stayed here recently?

We will be there in one day! We went last year, also through my parent's timeshare exchange and LOVED IT! We have only stayed at one other timeshare (Williamsburg) and although that one was more "classy" Liki Tiki was perfect for the family. There are two large pools on the property for swimming, a small lake and the kids water park, which is probably geared for kids 2-12. Anyway, we liked it so much we bought a timeshare on E-bay and will be returning there annually. It is a bit further away from the hussle and bustle, but that is ok. A grocery store is quite close, as is a public library.

Thank you for your post, I would love to hear how your trip goes when you get back. I am going with my DH and DS2, DS4 and my Dad and his wife. I think the water park sounds perfect for my boys. I am planning to schedule at least 2 days just to hang around the pool. I am excited about the kitchen too to save some $$$$. We stayed at a timeshare of his in the Pocono's which was probably at about the same quality. There was one post on tripadvisor that worried me though, it said the tvs were 13" and the second bedroom didn't have one at all. That worried me a little because we usually use the TV to help the boys settle down and go to sleep when we are away from home. I hope you have a good trip!
