Any one wanting to stick around after Spring program and need a place to live??

Well I've tried on the hub with nothing so far... But we have a room to rent out. We're trying to get a new apartment, but we don't qualify on our own, and we do need some one else to help with the rent. It would be perfect for any one wanting to stay for another year here. (since we need you to sign on the 13 month lease...) We might stay longer than that, but we don't know yet.

We're fairly laid back. We can get messy, but we are considerate of others. You can have the room furnished or unfurnished, since we have an extra bedroom set. And it's the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. We have a washer and dryer already. And only asking for 350$ plus 1/3 of electric. And we've lived in Kissimmee for two years in a 3 bedroom place with the average bill of 80-100$.

We do have a doggie, and I think there's a limit of one pet per household. She's a bit scared of men, but once she knows you, she's ok about it. We think she was abused by a male with facial hair before we got her because she's the most skiddish around them. But she's not aggressive scared, she's a hide behind mommy with the tail between her legs scared.

The apartment is at Legacy Parc in Kissimme, on Thacker and Carroll street. It takes 1hr of walking out the door, getting mcD's for breakfast and clocking in at the MK on time. About 45 minutes to be on time without breakfast. 30 minutes going to DAK. It's close to the Loop, Target, Home Depot, Publix, lots of food places. It is gated, but the past few times we've been there the gates have been open (who knows how long that will last). And the pools are really clean, and there's a hot tub. (we've lived at a couple places that make you wonder).
