Any one using the stay and play free?

My reservations package was to have the 2 free tickets to the parks for our length of stay-

My email confirmation for our RPR reservations don't list the free tickets and I called to hear that it must be a hotel special? I called the new number and asked them to send a new email to me stating that I had the 2 free adult tickets and they said they didn't send out new reservation confirmation emails???

My question is- if you reserved the stay for 4 days and get to play free room with the free tickets - does it list that information on the email confirmation??

it does not say anything on my email confirmation but i printed the "hotel reservation information" page, which was the last page after i made the reservation. which also has my reservation number on it and it says under rate plan description,"stay 4, play free". the page heading says "booking request". it may not be to late to recall that page in your history section.

If you have any questions/concerns I would call 1-800-be-a-star and talk with the folks there. They have been extremely helpful to me.

To get the free tickets, you have to book thru the Universal Vacations website. If you went thru the Loews site, you don't get the tickets! At least that's what the sites say. I had to pay the full price of $209/nite for RPH to get the free tickets in June.

I was checking that tonight, and it does say on Loew's that you get two free tickets,, but they add alot extra onto the room. So I don't think you are getting free tickets at all. Actually, you are paying a bit more.

I did a check on PBH for deluxe room with 2 adults and it comes out $93.00 more per day for the same room, if you go with the free ticket option. I find this to be very strange.

The reservations were made through 1-800-be-a-star- I don't know what place it was just that number- I called that number and pushed the room only option ( when I pushed the package number they said it was a room only? so I went that route )and spoke to an employee and they confirmed that we had the 2 free tickets as well as all our other requests like non-smoking and so on. I have had trouble with them this trip and don't feel confident that they know what they are doing compaired to the next phone operator so I went ahead and ordered two tickets from the universal ticket store- I will have these just in case another problem arrises- if we don't use them they will be good for next year! This has been one of the most stressful trip planning times that I can ever remember.

I booked the stay and play thru 1-800 BE A STAR. My email confirmation didn't mention the free tickets either, but i've received my vacation package in the mail, and my tickets were included.

Daydreamer, I posted this on the other thread also. Just want to make sure that you receive my answer. If i were you, I would call the 1 800 BE A STAR number and ask about your package. It should have been sent to you by now.

We're back. We never did receive any other information in the mail. Everything went well at check-in- the tickets were there and they were for 7 days not just the length of stay ( we had reses for 4 nights- we figured our tickets would be for 5 days) - all in all a very nice vacation.

I booked the package through 1-800-BeAStar and my confirmation lists "Universal Stay and Play passes" for 2 adults. We got a packet with our park passes, City Walk passes, hotel vouchers, e-tickets (they booked our flights also) and vouchers to transportaion to the hotel from the airport. We also got a letter stating we have early entry to ride the Mummy.

I booked the trip on June 9th. The packet with everything in it was postmarked June 16th. We leave for Universal July 15th.

I just recieved my vacation packet today! We booked through a travel agent so the packet actually came to the agent and she contacted me. I am soooo excited! I just hope I don't lose my tickets before we leave! I have a terrible habit of putting things in a "safe" place and then forgetting where that place is! I have a folder with my trip map and my 1/2 off gc's, so I probably should put them in there.
