Any one use Magical Express in the evening?

Looks like I may have to arrive later than I had hoped.

Just wondering about anyone's experience using ME late in the evening. Has anyone arrived 8:00pm or later? What was your experience? Any advantages? Did you have to wait long for your luggage? Would you use ME again if you arrive late?

My DH missed the flight, and I didn't even have a ME reservation, but I had my ressie number and they took me. I was around 8PM and he came in around midnight. He had a rental car.

Because I didn't have a ME reservation, I had to get my bag, at the turnstile, but that's what I would do if I ever came in late on ME.

Yes, we have arrived after midnight a couple of times (once it was 4:00am). DME worked just fine - not a lot of others on the bus. Our luggage still arrived within a few hours - and our room was ready at arrival!

I wouldn't worry about a late arrival. DME is equipped to handle that.

If ME picks you up at the airport about 10pm, does your luggage still arrive a few hours later, in the middle of the night??

We arrived at 1:00am and were told to claim our own luggage. We didn't wait in any lines and were the only ones on our bus. Great service!!

Maybe using ME late at night might be the best time! It's good to know that ME works 24/7!!

I'm going later this week and plan on getting my luggage myself. I'm not up for having it delivered at 1 am (or later).

We arrived at 11PM and the bags arrived at our room at 2AM.
A bit late. Next time, I might take my own bags if we get in that late.

Were you asleep? Did they wake you up? Why does it take that long during the night? Are they combining people from more of the resorts that time of night?
If they take your bags off the bus when you arrive at your resort, can't they take you and your bags to your room??
Just trying to understand their 'system' at night!
