I know different towns offer it. We are looking at the NEw hope Train in PA.
It is rather expensive, $24 for adults and $16 per kid.
We have another historic train with santa only much cheaper...so I would love to hear anyone's experiences!

Well I have never ridden it but my dad runs a buisness in New Hope and people do complain that the train is overpriced for what you get.

We're not going until next Saturday, so I can't really comment on it yet. But, here's what our "Santa Express" ride includes: An hour long ride with hot cocoa and cookies with a reading of the Polar Express. Every child also will receive a silver bell. :sunny: The tickets say the kids should wear their pjs (like the kids in the story). I think it sounds like a lot of fun.

The tickets were $40 total for the four of us.

Wow $40 for all of you! Heck at that price I would jump on it! Sounds like a good price.
We are looking at almost $85 for a family of 4!
We get a story, hot choc. I think and a gift for the family.
