Any one have problems with Big Mac Tracs?

I am trying to download the free Big Mac Tracs but it keeps telling me I am not connected to the Internet... but I am connected via Cable, so it shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas? (I was able to download the song, but now it is telling me that the content has not been licensed for use! Grr)
