Happy Birthday to me. I would like to rent 82 points for use Sept 30-Oct 6th. I would prefer Beach club Villas but am willing to consider WLV or BWV if the price is right. I am willing to pay 10.50 per point for Beach Club or 10 per point for WLV or BWV. My terms are I will pay 25% after ressie is made and 75% when I have the confirmation letter in hand. Let me know your terms. I will not however pay 100% upfront before a ressie is made-yes this has been offered to me.
