any one else who cant change one FP+?

I cant seem to be able to make individual changes to single fast passes. i can change all 3 but when i go to change the experience or time of one it says no other times available or no experiences avaliable for that time. I go feb 2 and this worries me! i need to change one not all!

I had the opposite problem the other day....it would only let me change one person and not the whole party. I ended up calling and they changed it for me. That is probably the easiest thing to do. She did mention going into Manage your Fast Pass and then either Replace or Change your time, if that helps.

I just changed FP+ last night. From one ride to another for a totally different time.

Using the MDE app on my iPhone I logged in, then went to My Reservations > Fast Pass + > Select Day > Update your FP+ > Change a fast pass + Selection or Time > Change the experience > Then selected the ride I wanted to change to something else.

Then I went back into 'Change a FP time or experience' and selected Change the time and selected my new ride and picked the time I wanted. I couldn't see how you could change the experience and time in one step so I did mine in two steps. Hopefully this helps you, This process is more confusing than it needs to be.

I did all that I've changed things up till now with no problem now it won't let me. Very unhappy

I would call Disney and let them know and have them make the changes you want.

I would call Disney too. Just go to the technical support option for MDE. When I called it only took a few minutes and I just told her what I wanted done and she went in and changed it for me.
