Any one else having trouble getting a call back?

My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in February of 2012. We would like to do a VR at Disney. Just a small crowd...we are planning on doing the Escape package. I have checked out the entire DFTW website and have downloaded the brochure. I have received a couple general emails from the website that I'm sure are just generated from the info that I completed when I downloaded the brochure. We are decided that this is what we want to do so I tried contacting DFTW by phone to get more information and hopefully start the planning process. This is where I started to have problems. I have not been able to reach a live person at all. I keep getting the voicemail system which prompts me to leave a message and someone will return my call as soon as possible. I leave a very detailed message and I have yet to receive a call back. It has been 3 weeks since I started calling. I have left multiple messages and still no response. I realize this is their busy season and we are still pretty far out for our ceremony date but it's starting to get frustrating....makes me wonder if this is how the service will be throughout the process. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

Every time I've called I've reached a live person. What time of the day are you calling?

I usually call between 9-11 AM. I'm off today...maybe I will try to reach them in the afternoon for a change!

Tried again and finally was able to get through! Talked to a wonderful person. Seems as though with the Royal Wedding event they were all busy planning and were out of the office a lot. They are moving me along to a wedding planner so we are on our way!!!
