I was able to customize our MB tonight for our stay at CBR 10/18... when I first went to the site it did not say customize MB then so I went to see our reservation and looked at everything there and went back to the main page and it said 'customize your MB'... so if you cant customize it try this!

ugh! me too! we check in at cbr 10/5. I was thinking maybe it was because we're within 30 days, but that theory isn't right. I don't know... maybe I will call them tomorrow. Hoping something nice happens overnight to fix it.

CSR stay October 18-23rd. Was able customize MB and choose FP+ today!!

We received the invite - however, we do not have our tickets as we are getting AP's when we get there, so we can't get any FP+.

We're 28 days out for BLT arrival and just today were able to book FP+. Did the re-checkin to get personalize MBs to appear.

We're from Canada, so bands ship to resort - does anyone think it's worth calling to see if we can still customize? There are 8 of us, so different colours would be very helpful.

Was finally able to customize our Magic Bands and make FP+ selections for our entire stay today. We're checking into CSR on 10/26, and then staying at BWV from 10/27 - 11/2. Our bands are supposed to ship after September 27.

For those of you who are having troubles, log into MDE and "MODIFY" your checkin........that seems to be working to get the Customize Magic Bands link to appear.(All I did was change the estimated arrival time by 30 minutes as a modification)

I just did that for (3) separate family's reservations and it worked in every case.
They are staying at ASMo in Mid October.

If you just did that tonight, you should have until midnight to personalize the bands (you only get 1 day to do it if you are less then 30 days from check-in). Your right, they will go to the resort but you should have the ability to customize them.

40 days out for ASMu and have full access to FP+. Also got a new pop up for magic bands when I logged in. It had a link to "start customizing magic bands" but took me to the manage magics band page. I'm thinking it will go live at 30 days.

11:10 pm ... SUCCESS! I have personalized 8 MBs that may "ship at any moment". Thought to take my PO Box off the address and all was well, no hang up. (For anyone who has a similar issue, be sure to uncheck the box that says the changed shipping address will update your profile info if you typically need a PO Box included.)

Very excited to try MBs anf FP+, but if tonight is any indication, it's not necessarily going to lead to more relaxed vacations!

Yay I'm at POFQ and was able to customize my magic bands and choose my fast passes! So happy cause I didn't think POFQ guest were going to be included.

We check into WL on Oct 30th. Tonight, we were able to customize our MB and choose our Fps. It was a great night!!

We check in to SSR on 10/27 and I now have the option to customize my magic bands and make fast pass selections.
