Any Oct 16th 4 day Wonder cruisers out there?

Susan,
Thanks for posting! And you did just fine :flower:
We're down to 26 days now!

We booked the REAS package as well and will be in Palo Wednesday night too. I think our massages are scheduled for the sea day, along with brunch at Palo. It's our 2nd cruise on the Wonder too ;)

Cruise docs should arrive about 2 weeks prior to sailing, so I expect them around Sept 29th, 30th or Oct 3rd.

Oooooo! I'm going to check right now...

*Sigh* Still no docs here, but I called this morning and they have been printed -- that's something, at least!

As long as I have your attention, I have a dining rotation question. As I recall from our last Wonder cruise, your assigned restaurant on the first night is the assigned restaurant on the last night as well, yes? Just want to be sure we have Palo on a repeated restaurant night!

The rotation has changed from the one on your last cruise. As I understand it, you repeat your second night restaurant on the third night. So the various rotations could be
APPT
TAAP
PTTA
or
TPPA
PAAT
ATTP

The third night is Pirate Night (Castaway Cay day) and if you are scheduled for Animators Palette, I don't think they do the show for the repeat night. But I am not sure on that. There are some other threads on the cruise board that talk about that...

I recently got the latest edition of the Passporter's Guide to the Disney Cruise line and on page 119 it states:

"On the second night of the 4 night cruises, guests return to the restaurant where they dined on the first night of their cruise. Regardless of what restaurant you're in, you will enjoy the "Pirates of the Caribbean" menu on this evening."

This book has been pretty accurate so far but I always like to prepare myself in the event things change..that way I am not disappointed :)

Thanks for the dining info -- looks like we'll be running to change our Palo ressies as soon as we board!

I would assume that edition went to press before July 2005. There is a posting on another thread from a July cruise that states the dining rotation repeats the second night restaurant on the third night. I also confirmed this with a friend of mine who also just went on a 4 day cruise. DCL has changed this twice in recent memory.

And the Pirates in the Caribbean night has been changed from Nassau night to Castaway Cay night due to a problem with doing the fireworks near Nassau. This is also on a thread here on the Cruise Boards.

Here are the quotes from the other thread(s)

Just to let you know, that the 4 night that was cruising during fourth of July, had 2nd/3rd night repeated. APPT, TAAP, PTTA...but Pirate night was still the 3rd night! I don't know if this change was strictly for 4th of July or if there is yet another change. We'll have to wait and see from the cruisers that are on the July 10th sailing! They'll be back tomorrow!

Just to clarify for everyone...Pirate night at first was Nassau night(2nd night), but then switched about 2 months ago to CC day(3rd night) due to fireworks problems etc.

The pirate night is CC day, we just got back. The deck party doesn't start till 9:30 and goes for a long time so don't worry hyou will have plenty of time to party and have dinner too.

we were on the 8/28 - 9/1 4 night and we had pirate night on CC day (as did everyone else!) We had F1 rotation, which was seating at 5:45. Our repeat restaurants were on the 2nd and 3rd night (TAAP) and we did have a different pirate themed menu on pirate night.
