Any news on tours re-opening?

I poked around a bit to see if there were any recent posts about tours (particularly the Behind the Seeds tour at Epcot) and didn't see anything. Has there been any recent news/rumors about when the parks might start opening up the tours again?

I haven't seen anything but WAS going to be doing Behind the Seeds myself on our next trip. Sadly that isn't happening. 😢

The pandemic is at the worst it's ever been. You are not going to hear anything legitimate about anything opening up like this until numbers come way down. No one has a crystal ball so Disney will not be making any public promises on opening things up until things change.

I’ve been watching and hoping for some to come back for our upcoming trip. I actually called the special Experiences line on Monday to see if they have anything right now and there are one or two that are outside at Fort Wilderness that are available, but that’s it. They have no info on when anything else might be coming back.

That's kind of what I figured. Crossing my fingers. It's not something that, on its own, would cause me to re-book for later in the year, but I'm keeping my eye on it.

DH and I did the Segway tour at Fort Wilderness in Dec. It was a lot of fun. It was just the two of us and 2 cast members.

Bumping this thread just to see if anyone has heard about tours (not VIP tours, just the normal tours) opening back up at all. I can't find anything helpful on the WDW website for now and I'm interested in booking Behind the Seeds if I can for a trip in November.

I'm eager too. I'd like to do the AK Trek and the DiveQuest. I have to think that since those are high price with low cost to Disney, they have to be coming back soon.
