Any news on the Canada film at Epcot?

I can't even watch the current one anymore b/c it's soooo outdated. Anyone know if there's a new one in the works??

There have been rumors over the past couple of years, but nothing concrete. The last I recall was about a year ago, a Canadian company was trying to raise the funding for a new film, but I don't know if they were successful or not...

Yeesh...you would think it would be a no brainer to promote Canadian industry. They could get one of those Canada diamond mine companies to back it or some of the companies that choose to film in Canada instead of the United States. And I have to say the same thing for Norway...bring on a new flick.

Actually I like the current Canada film...the clothes & haircuts are fascinating.

Actually I like the Norwegian film but I do think that all of the movies could stand to be updated. How many times can a person watch the same films!

There seems to be so many things that have never materialized in World Showcase. Updated movies, a roller coaster in Japan or in a new Switzerland pavilion, ANY new pavilions, a decent restaurant in the US pavilion, etc., etc., etc...

I have enjoyed all the Epcot films, but I have enjoyed them for the last time. They should all be updated.
