Any news on DVC Hawaii?

I haven't gotten to check in in awhile, but I was wondering if anyone had heard any news on the progress/possible ETA on the DVC Ko Olina resort? I know that 2011 was mentioned originally, but I hadn't heard anything since.

Any news or updates would be appreciated!

Basically the two wings of the resort are progressing nicely having reached the 6th or 7th floor. The buildings look to about 12 in the model photos. Cant really see any progress on the checkin building.

My guess is they will be later....everything there takes longer!! I can't wait though!

Was talking to my guide after most recent bout of addonitis, His comment was that this DVC resort is tailored more to the Japanese market for DVC than to the US market so I would expect many Japanese style amenities at this resort.

One thing is for sure this resort will be beautiful and different from the current DVC offerings.

Makes sense... It is a popular Japanese vacation spot (I once saw two sumos push another sumo into the pool... The splash was something to be hold and quite funny), as is Disney. But I'm guessing the ones buying would use Hawaii more and then when they want to go to WDW or DL book those.
