Any new THV pictures?

I've read several posts that indicate that there have been tours of furnished THV's, but no pictures yet. Does anyone out there have furnished pictures?

some fairly recent exterior shots, pool and info:

After looking at these shots I'm reasonably sure that if another hurricane comes through the Orlando area, the THVs will be evacuated... just too much glass. Not that I'd avoid staying here, I love summer in FL and love the campy feeling even more, but it is a thought to consider in case anyone's staying during hurricane season. Watch the weather and be prepared to pack.

Those photos are actually quite old. Those are the OLD Treehouse Villas from before the rebuild. All of the info on that page references the Disney Institute, which ceased to exist back in 2002 when they began converting it to Saratoga Springs.

The new Treehouses are similar in their exterior design but have numerous differences. The floor-to-ceiling windows are gone and I'm sure the new design takes environmental conditions into account.

It's possible they would evacuate during a hurricane, but that doesn't happen often. If memory serves WDW has only been forced to close 3 times in nearly 40 years due to hurricane.

LOL. I've complained for years about websites not posting dates with their articles... it's finally caught me. :rotfl: Sorry!

With the strange weather patterns we've been seeing around the country, I'm not willing to put money on the odds that WDW won't be hit by another storm in the next few years.

Back in 2004 we were in the cabins in Ft Wilderness when Charlie visited. Disney got everyone out and no one could go back in for days as there were tree limbs all over the roads. A pair of CMs had to hike back to our cabin to retrieve some meds we had left on top of the fridge.

So all that said, does anyone have a NEW pic of the pool? It sounds as though it's still pretty much the same.

Cast Members were allowed in yesterday under strict orders - no pictures!
Was told that the pool was very plain, but the rooms very nice. The bunk bed room was very small but I am sure great for small kids.
I would love to try a night or two there.

That makes sense. I've read a couple of post about people touring and thought it was odd that there were no pictures.
