Any new News about Downtown Disney PI Changes?

We have been checking the blogs and already planning or July vacation. Does anyone know about target dates for completion of some of the new Pleasure Island changes?

We were at WDW a few weeks back and it doesn't look like a single thing has been done yet with the PI area.

They were installing a new pier but that wasn't in PI area.

PI was just a bunch of lonely closed buildings
