Any new "must try" restaurants over the last 12 months?

I haven't really been keeping track of the new restaurants since my last trip and my ADR window opens tomorrow for our next trip in June. Has anything new opened up over the last year that is worth me booking an ADR for?

It might be open over a year, but we just tried Tiffins and it was amazing!

Boathouse, Homecomin' in DS . Polite Pig n DS is a QS so no ADRs needed but we enjoyed our meal last month.

Boathouse isn't exactly new almost 2 years since we first went there and it had been open a while

Not sure on the timing of openings on these two. Tiffins was amazing. Wife had some feedback, though- said the portion size was a bit small when compared with most other onsite restaurants. Morimoto's in DS is outstanding as well, and a relative bargain for the quality of food.
