I am new to Disney....
EWP is AP holders only, right?
Are there any new discounts for us new folks?
Do I bother to call and stay on hold for so long? (while trying to get kids off to school)

From what I understand the code that is out today is only for AP holders. Maybe tomorrow the code BAT will be available to everyone. I hope so, I can't take this much more

Try codes BAT or ZXQT- they are loaded, but not available yet, probably tomorrow, that's what my CM said

Do you know what the rates will be for these codes (BAT, ZXQT). I have POFQ at the AZZ rate for 9/29-10/4. If these rates are better I can move my dates to 9/30-10/5. I haven't booked the airfare yet so I'm flexible.

It seems that the new AP codes skipped over October. I would be surprised if any room only codes included October. Maybe Disney did very well with their postcard and email campaign for October???

Actually, they didn't completely skip Oct. Not all dates are available, so that's probably why the AP holders' emails said Oct 31-Dec ?? (whatever the end date was). There are definitely reports of successful bookings of AP discounts for this Oct. One of them is for the night I want, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be our day and that I'll get lucky with a non-AP discount myself.

(Edited to add AH HA! I was just told on another thread that the AP email DID include 9/30 - 10/30, and that the blurb mentioned there were higher rates available for some dates during this time. So....we really may get lucky with an OCT general public discount!

I just got an AP rate of $149 std garden view at CR for 10/2 to 10/8. So maybe some dates during Oct are pretty full and that's why the email was worded that way. But at least some dates are available at some resorts.

We have AP's and my email said it was giving passholders a 1 day head start on discounted reservations "so call today, rates will be available to the general public tomorrow" or something like that....it sounded to me like the discounts will be the same tomorrow for room only rates.

I need 3 nights total as we added one night to our 5 plus 2 at rack rate. We also need a room only on each end of our reservation. We have a disney visa will that code be any better than the gen. public one. I had not planned to use my disney visa because we have some rewards to use and my husband has a card through his work that can only be used through disney travel in advance of arriving. Do you think the gen. public code will be equal to the dis. visa code? I might need to rethink my plan.

Is there a Visa code now ??????? I have a Disney Visa and have not yet recieved any info. on any room only discounts ... we are going Oct. 23 through Nov. 1 and have room only's for the 30th and 31st. Please let me know janie91 ... thanks

I just checked online today and have no current offerings about a disney visa discount. I got the info. from a post on another thread stating that a new disney visa code is "suppose" to be released tomorrow. I have no idea it's a post about who is waiting for codes or something like that.

What is the difference between the BAT and ZXQT code? I belkive the BAT code will be for anyone to use but what is the other code for? Please help!

Bat is for room only res. and I think the other code is for the package discount ... I think that both will be available tommarow ... I think and I hope ...
