Myself, DH & DD (4yr old) taking a full day at Epcot and need help with suggestions on any attractions that we should not miss.

Crush the Turtle

Character connection

Back room of UK Characters

Other then that just have a nice walk through the different areas as the detailing is wonderful.

Definitely the World Showcase, Soarin', and Test Track.
My family loved these three things.

Make sure you let your 4 year get a mask at the 1st country (Mexico or Canada depending on where you start). Each of the countries has a place to color the mask and they will also stamp the mask with the country name. This will keep her occupied while you shop.

If you are there for breakfast, you may want to try the Princess Storybook Breakfast in the Norway area.

Thinking from the 4yo's point of view... adding to previous posters:

Figment's Journey into imagination... she'll love the stink tank :thumbsup2
After the Journey into imagination ride there are a lot of fun activities in the pavillion including a GIANT Kodak camera and show where they bring one child from the watchers up, he/she becomes "Scientist of the Year" - TONS of fun and if she's good at following directions she'll be the star ;)

The fountains everywhere are great - I'm not sure if they're back in operation but outside this same pavillion there are "jumping" fountains the kids love to play catch with.

Illuminations is a must.

Soarin is a MUST!

Turtle Talk is a MUST! -- AND for Turtle Talk, I would go there 1st!
It's gotten VERY popular and you can't do a FP for it.
The last two times I went, we went to the 1st or 2nd Turtle Talk show
without much wait, but after that....forget it! The line was all the way to
the back wall!

With a 4 yr old DD, be sure to check out France, I always see Sleeping Beauty and Belle there by the perfume shop and there is almost never a line or really anyone else around so you can get some great Princess time in France. I really love walking around all the countries, you never know who
you might meet!

I also think the American Adventure is a must, but I have a feeling
that is just me! :rotfl:

Here are some of our "musts"...

Rides:
~Spaceship Earth (Epcot's mainstay!)
~Soarin'
~Test Track

Shows:
~Turtle Talk w/Crush (in the Living Seas)
~Illuminations (fireworks show at night)
~American Adventure (in World Showcase - America)

Food/Drink:
~frozen margaritas outside of Mexico
~wine tastings in Italy/France/Germany
~Le Cellier (Canada)
~Teppanyaki Grill (Japan)

Have a blast!!!

Soarin is a must but go get a fastpass as soon as you arrive at the park! We did and had about a 10 minute wait at 11:30 as opposed to the TWO HOUR wait for everyone else. It is a very short ride, too.

The ride in Norway - Maelstrom - is one of my favorites. It might be a little scary for the 4 yr. old, however, my 3 yr. old nephew was fine. I guess it depends on the child. The boat ride in Mexico is not exactly a must-do, but I think it would be nice for your daughter. It is also a great way to beat the heat and is so relaxing.

Soarin', Spaceship Earth, Off Kilter in Canada, Living With The Land, Journey Into Imagination, Kidcot stations in WS, The Living Seas, The mini trains outside next to the Germany Pavilion, the boat ride in Mexico, and Innoventions West to make a free plastic robot. Just take it easy and enjoy walking around.

As an FYI - Soarin and Test Track have a requirement of 40 inches - I don't think you stated how tall your DD was. My DS was 40 inches at 4 years, but his best friend who came with (and his Mom and Dad) wasn't. He was devastated he didn't get to ride Test Track.

The Living Seas aquarium is usually a big hit for children your DD's age. If she likes Nemo, they have a big tank with clown fish, and the Dorie type fish.

No.

Haha just kidding! Definatly relax and try the different foods in the World Showcase. It's really fun in all the variety of different and delicious foods! If she's tall enough try Soarin' and Test Track. Also, the main peice... Spaceship Earth! There's tons more I just can't think of at the moment!

Personally, Spaceship Earth puts me to sleep. Going into the big "golf ball" intimidated my DS at 4 years. If your DD gets upset at the prospect of going on it, I wouldn't fret over it.

a trip to epcot isnt complete without spaceship earth. i also love riding test track soarin maelstrom and figment. epcot has some of the best attractions in wdw

Turtle Talk with Crush" is a fantastic addition to the Nemo theme at the Living Seas. The Imagineers have created an amazing technology giving an animated version of Crush the ability to have real-time conversations with the audience.

You're ushered into a small theater. There are curved benches for the grownups to sit on, while children are encouraged to sit on the carpeted floor close to the screen.

A Cast Member hosts the session and it begins with everyone calling for Crush to appear. When he makes his entrance, he can "see" the audience. Crush makes comments about the "dude with the orange shell" (the color of the kid's shirt), when pointing out a child, much to their delight.

The children are encouraged to ask questions. In our session, we also played "hide-go-seek" and were taught "dude-speak." Since this is a live interactive chat, each visit is different.

While the focus is on the kids, grownups will be just as enchanted by this attraction. It's incredible to watch, and Crush is very funny. Everyone leaves with a smile.

DH Joe and I can't take a trip into Epcot without seeing the British Invasion in Great Britian. :rockband:

In Future World-Soarin, Test Track, Missions Space (even if you just check out play area inside) Innoventions (plenty of things for your 4 yr old) Living Seas (aquarium)
WS- El rio del tempo (mexican boat ride) Norway boat ride, train outside inbetween Germany and Japan, cuckoo clock shop in Germany, toy shops in UK, toys in Japan shop. I love the shops in all the countries you 4 yr old can get a passport and get it stamped in each country color a mask in each country. You can buy a small snack in each country..I love WS!

Turtle Talk with Crush was the highlight of our trip! We waited in a HUGE line and it was definitely worth it. Crush asked the audience for questions and one little boy told him a turtle fact. Crush paused for a moment and said, "Dude, are we playing Jeopardy?" Everybody cracked up and my DS7 says this ALL the time! Too cute!
