Any must-have FPs for us?

We will have 2 kids 4 and 6--both are fairly tall and above 42 inches. This will be our first trip to WDW.
I am looking to see if there are any FPs we should forgo since I have a 4 yr old even though he is tall and meets most height restrictions. And also any rides we should skip for their scary factor? Any highly recommended rides or FPs for this age group? Thanks!

Hollywood Studios: Toy Story Mania, Frozen Sing Along, Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
Magic Kingdom (multiple days): Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan's Flight, Enchanted Tales w/Belle, Space Mountain, Meet Cinderella & Rapunzel(should I get this FP even though we are eating at CRT another day?), Seven Dwarfs, Big Thunder Mountains, Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean. I keep trying for Anna and Elsa--no luck so far.
Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, Meet Disney Pals, Kali River Rapids, Festival of the Lion King, Kiliminjaro, Kali River (again on another day).
Epcot: Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Meet Disney Pals at Epcot Center, Test Track (another day), Turtle Talk, Seas with Nemo. We have another at Epcot that I don't know what to get for FPs.

Character Meals are at CRT, Tusker House, Crystal Palace, Be Our Guest

I personally fast pass the must do items for each trip. A common strategy is anything that is always a long line which isn't bad but i've been there enough that most of disney doesn't bother me if I miss it that trip and I prioritize what I must see to ensure I get in.

Space Mountain height requirement is 44 inches so that might not work for your 4 year old. Plus it's quite dark.

Depending on when you're going, you might not need the FP+ for Cinderella/Rapunzel, especially since you're going to CRT. We were just at the MK and standby waits for them were often around 20min, which didn't seem too bad.

If you can't get A&E, you might be able to get in standby with a relatively short wait right at park opening. For our latest trip, we noticed standby time much lower than our previous trip in April. You might also have some luck during EMH if you're staying on Disney property.

Our 3 year old son loved Tomorrowland Speedway, Dumbo, Astro Orbiter, Big Thunder Mtn, it's a small world, Buzz Lightyear (did that when he was 2 as its closed for refurbishment right now), 7 Dwarves Mine Train, Pirates, Toy Story Mania, Star Tours, and Frozen Sing Along.

Happy planning!

Thank you. I am going to forget about SM for DS. He is 42 inches tall anyway. What about splash mountain? Would that be similar? DS likes water so I thought about FP. We are going first week of March.

We didn't do Splash Mtn because my son doesn't like being wet outside the pool (and neither does my husband!). But we did see a lot of kids and adults enjoying it. You can probably view YouTube videos of it to get a better idea if it's good for your family.
